Community rules

The Fox Den is a place to enjoy music, radio, games and live streams together. These rules apply to website chat, profiles, requests and community interactions.

Respect the people behind the screen

Disagreement is welcome; harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying and targeted abuse are not. Do not impersonate another member, the creator or a moderator.

Protect privacy and safety

Do not share someone’s personal details, private messages or images without permission. Never post passwords, login codes or payment details. No sexual exploitation, graphic violence or encouragement of harm.

Keep chat useful

No spam, scams, malicious links, repeated advertising or flooding. Keep messages relevant to the conversation. Respect requests to stop disruptive behaviour, and do not evade restrictions using another account.

Music requests and gaming

Request tracks and join games through the appropriate panels. Requests are not a promise of airtime or a reserved place unless confirmed. No cheating, deliberate griefing or sharing pirated content. Only share material you have permission to use.

Report a problem

Use the report option beside a website chat message, or email therollinfox@gmail.com. Include your Fox Den username, the approximate time and a short description. Do not repost harmful content publicly. This community is not monitored continuously; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

Moderation and appeals

The creator may remove content, suspend access or ban an account to protect the community. Serious or repeated violations can result in a ban without a warning. If you think a decision was mistaken, email the same contact with your username and explanation. Appeals are reviewed manually; restoration is not guaranteed.

Other platforms

Kick, Discord and No Name Radio have their own rules. Website membership does not override those rules or grant access to creator-only tools. Do not bring disputes from another platform into this community.
