Data deletion instructions
Updated September 12, 2026. These instructions cover information held by The Rollin Fox website and its Rollin Fox Streaming Control integration. You do not need a website account to make a request.
Send a deletion request
Email therollinfox@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us whether your request concerns your Fox Den account, the Facebook Page connection or a comment shown in the streaming workspace.
- For a website account, include your username. Google members should contact us from their registered email where possible.
- For a Facebook comment, include the Page/broadcast link, approximate comment time and your displayed name or comment link so we can locate the relevant information.
- For a Facebook connection, identify the connected Page and the account that authorized it. Do not send access tokens.
Never send your password, recovery code, Facebook app secret, stream key or login code. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that you are entitled to make the request. Requests are reviewed manually; we will reply with the outcome or explain any information needed to complete the request.
Disconnect the creator’s Facebook Page
- Sign in to Creator Studio and open Streaming Control → Facebook.
- Choose “Disconnect Facebook” and confirm. This removes the website’s saved encrypted token, account/Page connection and pending connection attempts.
- In Facebook’s settings, open Business Integrations and remove “Rollin Fox Streaming Control” to revoke the app’s Facebook permissions too.
- Close or reload the streaming workspace to clear previously displayed messages from its viewing buffer.
Disconnecting here does not delete the Page, broadcasts or comments on Facebook. Use Facebook’s controls for content stored there. Removing the integration at Facebook does not itself guarantee immediate deletion of the website’s saved connection; disconnect here or email us as well.
What is removed or retained
We review and remove the website information covered by a verified request. Facebook comments are fetched for the creator’s current view rather than saved in a website comment archive. A comment may be fetched again from Facebook while it remains available there and the creator is viewing that broadcast. Contact us if you need help addressing this.
Security/moderation records, duplicate-action prevention identifiers and backup copies may need separate handling. Removing an active record does not instantly erase a backup, and a fixed backup-expiry schedule has not yet been set. We will explain relevant retention or limitations when responding. We cannot erase information held independently by Meta or copies other people have already saved.
For details about collection, use and storage, read our privacy notice. For Meta’s own data controls, see the Meta Privacy Policy.
